Hello - I can't get my UM-One Mk2 to mount on to Mac OS 10.4.4. I've followed all the instructions. I know the UM-One Mk2 works as it worked on my old Mac. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, checked the security setting within 30 minutes (nothing is blocked), and I've tried connecting the device directly to the USB-C without a hub. There is no light on the device and nothing is detected in the Midi Studio. After a clean install, the power LED comes on and the 'in' LED lights up, but the OS still can't detect it. Then after a reboot, there are no LED lit up. Please help! Driving me crazy.
